By experiencing every aspect of the abatement and demolition industry from the ground up, he possess a foundation of expertise that is admired in the industry. Very much a hands-on manager, Tim catapulted his company in 2011 into a highly respected ranking of #7 Asbestos Abatement Contractor in the country, as tracked by Engineering News-Record. He attributes much of the company’s success to the skilled professionals with whom he works and the safety standards that they have achieved. Rick has been with ERSI from since the company beginnings. With 20-plus years in the environmental and demolition industry, clients recognize Rick’s knowledge and value his expertise. Rick's ability to recognize and cost-out project challenges is utilized to its fullest to benefit our clients. Having served as asbestos project estimator since 2007, he currently oversees NY operations.
Chad ParksDirector, Business Development
Chad joined ERSI in 2005, Chad manages ERSI’s business development relationships within the private sector. He holds a BS in economics and political science from the Oswego State University, and earned his MBA from LeMoyne College.
Fran RoweBusiness Development/Estimator
Fran has been in the industry since 1994 after serving in the US Army; he has been employed by ERSI since early in 2004. Fran's background includes asbestos abatement, demolition and soil remediation. Fran hails from Oswego, NY. In 2014, Fran relocated with ERSI to Houston, TX office from NY.
Daniel WoodyCertified Industrial Hygenist
Dan Woody received his master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Cincinnati and his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health from Wright State University. Prior to that, he served in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate “A” School, Nuclear Power School, Orlando, FL. His certifications and experience includes licensure as a Lead Inspector; Certified Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist; Certified Asbestos Management Planner and Supervisor; and a US EPA approved instructor for Asbestos Training.
Checklists were developed prior to work being performed which eliminated any safety issues or accident.
